Delete your account
In the app
- Open the InfiniCare app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is closed and your data is scheduled for deletion.
Can’t sign in?
Email hello@infinicare.ai with the subject “Delete my account”, from your registered email address or including your registered mobile number. We’ll verify the request and confirm once it’s done.
Your personal and health data is removed from our active systems within 90 days and from backups within a further 180 days, except limited records we must keep by law (such as payment records). Data stored in Apple Health on your iPhone is not affected. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the InfiniCare app, go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm. If you can’t sign in, email hello@infinicare.ai with the subject “Delete my account” from your registered email, or include your registered mobile number. Your data is removed from active systems within 90 days.
I’m not receiving my OTP. What should I do?
Check that you entered the mobile number or email linked to your account, check your signal and spam folder, then wait a minute and tap Resend. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll help you sign in.
How do I connect or disconnect Apple Health?
Turn on Apple Health in the InfiniCare app and choose which data types to share on the iOS permission screen. To change or stop sharing, open iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → InfiniCare.
Is the AI Health Assistant a doctor?
No. The Health Assistant gives general health information to help you understand your data. It does not diagnose or prescribe. Always consult a qualified doctor, and in an emergency call 112.
I have a question about a payment or charge.
Email hello@infinicare.ai with the payment reference shown in the app or in your payment confirmation, and we’ll look into it.
I joined through my employer. Can my employer see my health data?
No. Employers receive only anonymised, aggregated programme reports. Your individual health data is never shared with your employer without your explicit consent.
